The dress code for the wedding is semi-formal.
Although we adore your children, we have chosen to make our special day adults only. We hope everyone can enjoy a night off to relax, dance, and enjoy the food and drinks. We thank you for understanding.
The venue graciously asks for guests to arrive no earlier than 4:00pm. The ceremony will be starting promptly at 4:30pm, so we kindly ask for you to arrive within this window to mingle, find your seats, and enjoy the music.
We kindly request an unplugged ceremony. We'd love for you to be in the moment with us, and respectfully ask for you to silence your phones and refrain from taking photos and videos. We will have photographers and videographers there to capture our special moment, and we will be happy to share photos with guests after the wedding.
Your presence is enough, but should you wish to bring a gift to the wedding, there will be a gift table and card box for your convenience.
There is limited parking available at the venue. Due to this, we kindly ask you to consider ride share options, or the transportation provided (see below).
Transportation will be provided to the Chanler for the wedding ceremony. We strongly suggest using the provided transpiration due to minimal parking at the venue, but more importantly, so you can enjoy yourself the day of the wedding! Pick up spots will be around the 300 block of West Main Road in Middletown and 39 Americas Cup Avenue in Newport. Departures will begin after the dancing has started and you will be taken back to Middletown or Newport. Please stay tuned for pick up times and the exact Middletown location.
Newport is a popular vacation destination in the summer, so we encourage you to book your accommodations at your earliest convenience in order to get the best rate.
